Applications for scholarships for internships at Serbian universities for the 2022/2023 academic year are being accepted

Until June 10, 2022, applications for scholarships from the Republic of Serbia for internships in any of the faculties of Serbian universities will continue to be accepted.

The minimum term of internship will last from one month to a maximum – of 12.

List of required documents:

standard questionaire  (in English);

• autobiography with a motivation letter in English (maximum one A4 page);
• a copy of the translated and notarized document on the obtained previous educational (educational-scientific) degree and the appendix to it;
• a certificate confirming their status from the educational institution with an unofficial translation into English and a copy of the translated and certified academic certificate (extract from the record book) for students;
• 2 letters of recommendation (in English);
• consent of a Serbian higher education institution to accept a candidate for an internship (the application is submitted exclusively to a higher education institution founded by the Republic of Serbia);
• copy of the first page of the Ukrainian passport;
• medical certificate (made no later than 6 months), confirming that the candidate does not suffer from infectious diseases (including HIV test);

The scholarship includes free:

• teaching;
• accommodation and meals in student institutions;
• visa;
• recognition of diplomas of secondary education;
• recognition of diplomas of higher education.

In addition, basic health insurance by the law and international agreements and a scholarship of 15,000 dinars per month will be provided;

The Ministry of Education and Science will accept applications (completed application form and required documents) in electronic and paper formats. An incomplete package of documents is not considered.

The final decision on the scholarship will be approved by the Ministry of Education, Science and Technological Development of the Republic of Serbia.

Scholarships are awarded by the Agreement between the Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine and the Ministry of Education, Science and Technological Development of the Republic of Serbia on cooperation in the field of education.
