In Ukraine, 664 new cases of COVID-19 coronavirus disease have been recorded
According to the CSH, as of 9:00 am on July 1, 2020 there are 44998 laboratory-confirmed COVID-19 cases in Ukraine, including 1173 lethal, 19548 patients recovered. During the day, 664 new cases have been recorded. A total of 666147 PCR tests have been performed.
Currently, coronavirus disease has been detected in:
▪ Vinnytsia region – 1876 cases;
▪ Volyn region – 2427 cases;
▪Dnipropetrovsk region – 1090 cases;
▪ Donetsk region – 484 cases;
▪ Zhytomyr region – 1408 cases;
▪ Zakarpattia region – 2961 case;
▪Zaporizhzhia region – 572 cases;
▪ Ivano-Frankivsk region – 2438 cases;
▪ Kirovograd region – 647 cases;
▪City of Kiev –5138 cases;
▪ Kyiv region – 2610 cases;
▪ Lviv region – 5578 cases;
▪Lugansk region – 80 cases;
▪Mykolaiv region –447 cases;
▪Odessa region – 1712 cases;
▪Poltava region – 319 cases;
▪Rivne region – 3784 cases;
▪Sumy region – 297 cases;
▪Ternopil region – 1930 cases;
▪Kharkiv region – 2169 case;
▪ Kherson region – 193 cases;
▪ Khmelnitsky region – 805 cases;
▪Chernivtsi region –4850 cases;
▪Cherkasy region – 645 cases;
▪Chernihiv region – 538 cases.
Data from the temporarily occupied territories of the Autonomous Republic of Crimea, Donetsk, Luhansk regions and the city of Sevastopol are missing.
The studies were conducted by the Virology Reference Laboratory and also by regional laboratories. On July 01, 2020, the Center received 972 reports of suspected COVID-19. A total of 89933 COVID-19 suspicion reports have been received since the beginning of 2020.
