In Ukraine, 833 new cases of COVID-19 coronavirus disease have been recorded
According to the CSH, as of 9:00 am on June 23, 2020 there are 38074 laboratory-confirmed COVID-19 cases in Ukraine, including 1035 lethal, 16956 patients recovered. During the day, 833 new cases have been recorded. A total of 580814 PCR tests have been performed.
Currently, coronavirus disease has been detected in:
▪ Vinnytsia region – 1690 cases;
▪ Volyn region – 1894 cases;
▪Dnipropetrovsk region – 1049 cases;
▪ Donetsk region – 368 cases;
▪ Zhytomyr region – 1295 cases;
▪ Zakarpattia region – 2291 case;
▪Zaporizhzhia region – 555 cases;
▪ Ivano-Frankivsk region – 2091 cases;
▪ Kirovograd region – 631 cases;
▪City of Kiev –4429 cases;
▪ Kyiv region – 2285 cases;
▪ Lviv region – 4220 cases;
▪Lugansk region – 73 cases;
▪Mykolaiv region –366 cases;
▪Odessa region – 1333 cases;
▪Poltava region – 296 cases;
▪Rivne region – 23038 cases;
▪Sumy region – 263 cases;
▪Ternopil region – 1744 cases;
▪Kharkiv region – 1844 case;
▪ Kherson region – 188 cases;
▪ Khmelnitsky region – 622 cases;
▪Chernivtsi region –4419 cases;
▪Cherkasy region – 605 cases;
▪Chernihiv region – 485 cases.
Data from the temporarily occupied territories of the Autonomous Republic of Crimea, Donetsk, Luhansk regions and the city of Sevastopol are missing.
The studies were conducted by the Virology Reference Laboratory and also by regional laboratories. On June 23, 2020, the Center received 1278 reports of suspected COVID-19. A total of 81125 COVID-19 suspicion reports have been received since the beginning of 2020.
