The MOH reports:
In Ukraine, 1319 cases of COVID-19 coronavirus disease have been recorded
According to the CSH, as of 9:00 am on April 6, there are 1319 laboratory-confirmed COVID-19 cases in Ukraine, including 38 lethal, 28 patients recovered. During the day, 68 new cases have been recorded.
Currently, coronavirus disease has been detected in:
▪ Vinnytsia region – 75 cases;
▪ Volyn Rregion – 24 cases;
▪Dnipropetrovsk region – 14 cases;
▪ Donetsk region – 9 cases;
▪ Zhytomyr region – 11 cases;
▪ Zakarpattia region – 35 case;
▪Zaporizhzhia region – 41 cases;
▪ Ivano-Frankivsk region – 116 cases;
▪ Kirovograd region – 41 cases;
▪City of Kiev – 234 cases;
▪ Kyiv region – 91 cases;
▪ Lviv region – 27 cases;
▪Lugansk region – 3 cases;
▪Odessa region – 27 cases;
▪Poltava region – 11 cases;
▪Rivne region – 39 cases;
▪Sumy region – 51 cases;
▪Ternopil region – 160 cases;
▪Kharkiv region – 1 case;
▪ Kherson region – 10 cases;
▪ Khmelnitsky region – 10 cases;
▪Chernivtsi region – 220 cases;
▪Cherkasy region – 62 cases;
▪Chernihiv region – 7 cases.
Data from the temporarily occupied territories of the Autonomous Republic of Crimea, Donetsk, Luhansk regions and the city of Sevastopol are missing.
The studies were conducted by the Virology Reference Laboratory of the Public Health Center of Ukraine, as well as by regional laboratories. As of the morning of April 6, 2020, the Center received 373 reports of suspected COVID-19. A total of 5864 COVID-19 suspicion reports have been received since the beginning of 2020.
