In Ukraine, 804 cases of COVID-19 coronavirus disease have been recorded
According to the CSH, as of 10:00 am on April 2, there are 804 laboratory-confirmed COVID-19 cases in Ukraine, including 20 lethal, 13 patients recovered. During the day, 135 new cases have been recorded.
Currently, coronavirus disease has been detected in:
▪ Vinnytsia region – 51 cases;
▪ Volyn Rregion – 10 cases;
▪️Dnipropetrovsk region – 10 cases;
▪ Donetsk region – 7 cases;
▪ Zhytomyr region – 6 cases;
▪️ Zakarpattia region – 1 case;
▪️ Zaporizhzhia region – 19 cases;
▪ Ivano-Frankivsk region – 74 cases;
▪ Kirovograd region – 7 cases;
▪️City of Kiev – 160 cases;
▪ Kyiv region – 64 cases;
▪ Lviv region – 11 cases;
▪️Lugansk region – 3 cases;
▪️Odessa region – 14 cases;
▪️Poltava region – 5 cases;
▪️Rivne region – 19 cases;
▪️Sumy region – 26 cases;
▪️Ternopil region – 106 cases;
▪️Kharkiv region – 1 case;
▪ Kherson region – 4 cases;
▪ Khmelnitsky region – 6 cases;
▪️ Chernivtsi region – 143 cases;
▪️ Cherkasy region – 54 cases;
▪️Chernihiv region – 3 cases.
Data from the temporarily occupied territories of the Autonomous Republic of Crimea, Donetsk, Luhansk regions and the city of Sevastopol are missing.
The studies were conducted by the Virology Reference Laboratory of the Public Health Center of Ukraine, as well as by regional laboratories. As of the morning of April 2, 2020, the Center received 484 reports of suspected COVID-19. A total of 3834 COVID-19 suspicion reports have been received since the beginning of 2020.
