The Department of Robotic-based and Endoscopic Surgery Conducts a Scientific and Practical Conference on Flexible Operative Endoscopy

The Scientific-Practical Conference “NEW TECHNOLOGIES IN GASTROINTESTINAL ENDOSCOPY” will be held on January 26, 2018 in the Multidisciplinary Medical Center of the University Clinic of ONMedU by the Departments of Robotic-based and Endoscopic Surgery, Surgery No. 1 and General and Military Surgery.

The conference will include a practical part in the form of broadcasting one of the most complex endoscopic operations, performing three operations requiring advanced skills on biological models, and a short course of virtual simulation training, as well as a theoretical part in the form of lectures and reports by leading experts.

We should mention that there will be used both the new equipment of the Department of Robotic-based and Endoscopic Surgery – the HD-Video Endoscopy Stand Olympus and a balanced system of broadcasting to the lecture hall of the department from the operative theatre with two-way audio communication.
