Scientific-practical Conference with International Participation “Organizing and Carrying out Complex Measures in Case of Mass Traumatism for the Purpose of Person Identification”

On May 10-12, 2018, a scientific- practical conference with international participation “Organizing and Carrying out Complex Measures in Case of Mass Traumatism for the Purpose of Person Identification” will be held in Odessa on the basis of the hotel complex “Arkadia” with participation of leading experts from European countries. The conference organizer is the Department of Forensic Medicine of Odessa National Medical University.

The main directions of the conference:

• modern aspects of a person identification during the forensic examination;
• regulatory support of forensic medical examination for the purpose of person identification;
• a new integrated approach to identifying a person in case of a large number of victims (including those resulting from an explosive trauma).

The materials of the conference will be published in the scientific-practical review journal “Forensic Medical Examination”, which is a specialized medical science publication in the field of forensic medical examination.
